PAY IT FORWARD PROJECT.. Please read I have finally found a reason as to why I'm here in DA..

FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO GIVE REPAY ME, or for those who feel guilty that they didn't do something for me..because of the gift I've given them, here is how you can repay me

Some of you might have been curious as to why I am doing these gifts for random people and what is my motive behind it..
WELL..in all honesty, I never planned this before hand..it just hit me today what i've been unconsciously doing this whole time. First I want you to rent the movie called "Pay It Forward"(2000)..Ever since that movie, I've wanted to do something like this(gosh i was sooo young back then lol)I just couldn't think of how I could do it..I admit that the first 6 months, I didn't really understand how anyone could be addicted to this website,..I had no idea what I was doing, was too complicated for me..(..u can upload ur art..so what..aint nothing special about it) 6 months later..i started giving DA a try again..two of my friends from RL got very into it..and i couldn't understand why..So i started to do art..but again was boring..lol..eventually I started looking through other people's galleries..and that's when it all started.Some of the photographs i've seen on here inspired me greatly..I promised that I'd do this gift for RSTV3(cookies owner). This was the first "gift" I just had to draw. I'm working on my 10th gift now..and I absolutely love it. Out of these 9 gifts that i've done already..I've gotten so much feedback..that it has encouraged me to do more..ESPECIALLY with the Cookie drawing. Its thrilling to do something so kind to a stranger..and having that stranger smile back at you. Because of all the positive attention i've gotten from giving the gifts I actually want to create something more meaningful out of the gifts i'm doing. I know in the future i will get more people feeling guilty that i've done a gift for them..and have them feel like they should do something for me. Well instead of paying me back with one of your art pieces, why can't you do what I did to you..for another stranger I always wondered why i never wanted anything in returProxy-Connection: keep-alive

....I just felt so uncomfortable with the idea..well now it all is clear...Why not make a stranger smile? why not give a gift to encourage them to continue art..BY all means if i do a gift for you, don't feel like you HAVE to do this project..infact i'd onlyProxy-Connection: keep-alive

ant you to do it from the bottom of your heart. OK this is how i've started it..(wish i could do a tree diagram) Eventually I want all of D.A. to know this project....So here are the guidelines to help it get started:

GUIDELINES:
1)Choose any random artist from D.A. and go look in their gallery (we are looking for just strangers only...but if you are doing one for a friend..they have to know its not a gift for them..but its part of this project)

2)Do a gift for them, it can be anything. keep the strangers art+profile in your mind while doing this gift for them. FOR example YOU don't want to draw them a "rose" when in their gallery, they have photographs of dandelions. Be thoughtful about what the stranger would like!! It doesn't matter if you like roses more than dandelions..its not about what you like..its bout giving them a gift..not giving yourself oneXD.

3) The TITLE of your gift should say "PAY IT FORWARD"( if you are willing to do more than one, write the same title with a number after it) because that is the point of the piece..for them and others to know what you had just done..eventually I am hoping people will recognize..that title..without being like "huh?" lol.

4)Description should HAVE...the following, "Paying It Forward: Even though I have no idea who you are...I'm doing this gift for you...hoping one day you'll do the same for another" Also please state to the stranger that you had be given a gift from someone else(NAME THE PERSON)and that this is your chance to do the same by paying it forward. You can have anything else in the description you want..just make sure you add the above quotes..

6)YOU MUST MUST MUST...after you do a gift for them....PLEASE note me and say that you participated in this project. I'm VERY curious as to see the effects of this project. I want to know who has supported this!!!.Eventually I'll have a stamp made for this project...that way when you do complete this project..you can add the stamp in proof that you've done your part.

7)EVERYONE can do this project, you can give them gifts by giving them a drawing, animation, photograph, poem, lyrics, video, ANYTHING...whatever you may think the stranger would like... LOOK at my Finished Gifts..down below..they are my examples of this project..

MY Ultimate Goal in DA is..to have this project be known throughout DA..and encourage the lives of others in a positive way.. whether it be through art or words.. I've made a goal to do 100 gifts..BUT Remember if i do a gift you don't have to participate in this project, only if you feel like it

Also..I'll be doing the infamous 100 Theme Challenge...I've been seeing this around D.A. for over two weeks..and I've been dying to start...well kinda already started on it..lol..but i'll be doing this on the side..as well as doing the 100 gifts for people..guess i'm very ambitiousXD but i love some of the themes on here..so this is my thing lol.. Although i'm looking at some of the themes..i might change them to have it be something more inspirational/meaningful...we shall see..
